Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that respondent nos. 3(i) and 3(ii) have refused to accept the notice and respondent nos.20,21,22(a) to 22(c) and 23 have acknowledged the receipt of notice. He further submitted that registry had issued notices for dasti service to him and service has been duly effected. Registry is directed to submit report as to whether dasti service was permitted by the Court and whether notices were given for dasti service to the petitioner, within one weeks time.
