"Await the return of service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 9,10,14-16 and 19(C) to 19(d).

Office shall also enquire abut the fate of the earlier notices sent to the above respondents under registered cover from the concerned postal authorities. List the matter again on 31.01.2017."

It is submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1(b), 2, 9, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19(a) and 19(c) to 19(f) though served. Mr. Anil Nag, Adv as already filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1(A), 1(C), 1(D), 3, 4, 5(A), 5(C), 6, 7 and 8. According to enquiry report of India post, notice has been delivered to Respondent No. 9,10, 14 to 16 and 19(C) to 19 (D).
