"The respondent Nos.1(a), 1(c), 1(d), 3, 4, 5(a), 5(b), 5(c), 6, 7 & 8 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.1(b), 9, 11-18, 19(a) and 19(c)to 19(f) but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos.9, 14-16 and 19(c) & 19(d)."

It is submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1(b), 2, 9, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19(a) and 19(c) to 19(f) though served. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice have been received from Respondent Nos. 9, 10, 14 to 16, and 19(c) to 19(d) so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 9, 10, 14 to 16, and 19(c) to 19(d)
