UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
According to the office report, respondent No.10 in the matter has still not been served. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of respondent No.10 was incorrectly recorded as 'Ramesh Kumar s/o Shri Piare Lal' instead of 'Shri Rajesh Kumar s/o Shri Piare He has filed Interlocutory Application No.2 in Lal'. that behalf. The said application is allowed and the name of respondent No.10 be now corrected to read as "Rajesh Kumar s/o Shri Piare Lal" The other corrections as detailed in Interlocutory Application in respect of Respondent Nos. $5(a)$ , $5(b)$ and $5(c)$ are also allowed to be corrected.

Insofar as Interlocutory Application No.1/2015 is concerned, the death of the concerned respondent, namely, respondent No.19(d) occurred on 9th January, 2015 i.e. after the passing of the impugned judgment and order by the High Court.
The delay in preferring the application for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.19(d) is condoned.
Amended cause title be filed within seven days.
Effective steps for effecting service upon respondent No.10 and the heirs of deceased respondent No.19(d) be undertaken within seven days from today.
