O R D E R
1. The case is not being transferred as the statement made by the learned counsel, on being instructed by the respondent, that the respondent-husband would bear expenses of the petitioner-wife, along with one attendant, for their air-travel from Varanasi to Pune or for travel by the highest class of train, whichever mode the petitioner chooses to travel. The respondent shall also bear the expenses for stay of the petitioner along with one attendant, in a reasonably good hotel and for food and conveyance etc. payment shall also be made by him. That shall be worked out by the concerned Court at Pune for each of the date when the wife appears. In case the respondent fails to make the payment, he would not be entitled to prosecute his case any further.

proceedings by video conferencing can also be availed. The Family Court Pune at first shall relegate the parties for mediation also.
