UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

This matter has been listed pursuant to the memo dated 13.03.2023 received from the Chairman of the Segur Plateau Elephant Corridor Inquiry Committee.

We accept the prayer made on behalf of the Inquiry Committee. The Committee is permitted to issue notice, survey and inspect and hear owners of all such resorts and properties who had filed special leave petitions/impleadment applications in Civil Appeal nos. 3438-3439/2020, but have not filed objections before the Inquiry Committee.

Some of the respondents have raised grievance that they had appeared and were heard by the Inquiry Committee, but orders have not been passed or communicated to them. Without making any comments in this regard, we hope and trust that the Inquiry Committee has/would pass(ed) orders and communicate the orders to the parties. If any person/party has any grievance in this regard, he may approach the Inquiry Committee.

Recording the aforesaid, the miscellaneous application(s) stand(s) disposed of.
