List again on 20.2.2017."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has neither filed complete sets of spare copies and nor filed fresh addresses of unserved respondent nos. 4-7, 9, 11 and 14-19 so far. Therefore, show cause notice to the said respondents could not be issued so far.

Service of show cause notice on respondent Nos. 4-7, 9, 11 and 14-19 is not complete.
