It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Amit K. It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 18.11.2016 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 253 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 23.02.2016. Counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos. 2228122298 of 2016 Entitled Assa Ram Etc Etc Versus Union Of India And Ors. Etc. Etc challenging the main order was dismissed as withdrawn by Hon'ble Court on 08.08.2016. (Copy of order dated 08.08.2016 is enclosed herewith). The instant SLP is filed against main order as well as review order.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
