" Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time for filing some additional documents.

The petitioners shall also produce copies of Exhibit P62 dated 25.1.1992, Exhibit P48 dated 10.01.2003 and location sketch in respect of both the properties and that of the acquired property. List on 05.01.2017."

It is submitted that Mr. Umang Shankar, Advocate has on 7.1.2017 filed Additional Affidavit along with Affidavit as per Court' order dated 5.12.2016. It is defective for the reason that he has filed the translated

copies of documents but he has not filed application for exemption from filing official translation of documents. He has also not mentioned it as "True Copy". The defective Additional documents is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
