UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$
I.A. No. 185205 of 2018
Heard Mr. Mahabir Singh, the learned senior counsel appearing $\overline{\phantom{a}}$ the applicant(s). The counsel would refer to the order dated 10.10.2018 in SLP (C) Nos. 11366-11419 of 2017 and the connected matters where the following was recorded:
$\mathbf{1}$
"Mr. Mahabir Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioners points out that the Union of India has not deposited any amount out of the enhanced amount before the Reference Court. This Court by its order dated 23.07.2018 had already permitted the claimants to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited. We direct the respondents to deposit 50% of the enhanced amount on or before 01.11.2018. We also direct the respondents to disburse the same to the claimants without delay.
xx xx xx"
It is then pointed out that since then, the authorities have deposited the enhanced land acquisition compensation but the same was disbursed only to the parties before the Supreme Court but is not disbursed, despite the specific order of this Court on 10.10.2018, making the order applicable to the similarly situated claimants, whose lands were acquired.
In view of the above, I.A. No. 185205 of 2018 is allowed.
I.A. NO. 1060/2019
On an application for disbursal of the enhanced compensation made by the impleaded applicants, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Verma, the learned counsel prays for and is granted four weeks time to obtain instructions.
