UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

Respondent nos.8 and 10 to 15 has already filed counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.6, 7, 9, 16 and 17 to file counter affidavit.

Despite due service on respondent no.1, there is no appearance.

However, Ms. Ratna Priya Pradhan, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Subhasish Mohanty, Ld. AOR seeks for time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondnet no.1. Two weeks time, is granted to file vakalatnama and four weeks time to file counter affidavit on behalf of said respondent.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner, to take fresh steps to issue notice to respondent nos.2 to 5.
