It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Gagan Gupta, Advocate on 03.09.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 25.07.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 2220 of 2016 along with the application for exemption from filing official translation and deletion of proforma Respondent No. 4 from the array of parties.
It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased Appellant No. 7 namely Nand Lal which is barred by time by 238 days and Counsel has also filed an
application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.
It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 23481 of 2016 Entitled Surender Yadav And Ors. Versus State Of Haryana And Anr. arising out of relied upon Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.07.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice.(Copy of order dated 29.07.2016 is enclosed herewith).
It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 5598 of 2011 Entitled Ram Kanwar & Ors. Versus State of Haryana & Anr. referred to on Annexure P2 was dismissed on 27.11.2014 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 27.11.2014 is annexed as Annexure P2 at page nos.7598 in the paper books).
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
