It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Siddharth Mittal, Advocate on 18.04.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 10.12.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 1088, 2963 & 5982 of 2014 along with the application for deletion of proforma respondents no. 4 & 5.

It is further submitted that SLPs filed against the Order dated 10.12.2016 is barred by time by 10, 5 & 15 days. Further there is a delay of 64 days in refiling the SLPs. Thus there is a total delay of 74, 69 and 79 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 13791 of 2016 entield Surender Yadav And Ors. Versus State Of Haryana And Anr. as both are arising out of common order.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
