It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Siddharth Mittal, Advocate on 21.04.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 10.12.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 6134 of 2014.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 35 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 61 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 96 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) CC No. 13188 of 2016 Entitled Raghbir Singh And Anr. Versus State Of Haryana And Ors**.** arising out of common Order was directed on 18.07.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 18.07.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of award dated 22.02.2007 and 14.12.2012 and exhibits. In this regard,

counsel has given a letter dated 19.07.2016 (Letter is enclosed in paper books at page no.78) stating therein that the same are not required and Counsel has requested to ignore the aforesaid defects and list the matter.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
