UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
CA No.2453 of 2007
This Court in Original Suit No.5 of 2003 instituted under Article 131 of the Constitution of India by the State of Andhra Pradesh against the State of Karnataka and another has thought it appropriate that the said suit should be listed along with the present civil appeal.
Mr. G. Umapathy, learned counsel along with Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu, Mr. F.S. Nariman, learned counsel appearing for the State of Karnataka and Mr. Shekhar Naphade, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu very fairly stated that the suit need not be heard along with the present civil appeal inasmuch as it pertains to a different controversy altogether.
The Registry is directed not to list the Original Suit No.5 of 2013 along with the present appeal.
CA No.2453, 2454 and 2456 of 2007
Heard in part.
Let the appeals be listed for further hearing on 21.3.2017.
