The Special Leave Petition came to be dismissed owing to the failure to cure the defects therein, pursuant to the order dated 15.11.2018.
The defects having been cured, the subject applications were filed for condonation of the delay of 1568 days in seeking restoration of the Special Leave Petition and for its restoration to the file.
