UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the parties agree that their clients may be asked to appear before the Mediation Centre attached to the Madras High Court at Chennai to explore the possibility of an amicable resolution of their matrimonial disputes.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel, we direct the parties to appear before the Mediation Centre of 2
the Madras High Court at Chennai on 14.02.2012.
Incharge, Mediation Centre, Madras High Court shall send a report to this Court within next four weeks.
List the case on 26.03.2012.
In the meanwhile, the respondent shall pay maintenance to the petitioners at the rate of rupees fifteen
thousand per month. For January, 2012, the amount shall be paid within next seven days and for all succeeding months the amount shall be paid by seventh of each month. This direction shall remain operative till further orders.
