UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Petitioner has to disclose the outcome of dasti service before 25th January, 2008. However, learned Advocate for the petitioner has to verify from the petitioner about the probable outcome and if necessary, they have to disclose the details of the trial court as per the earlier order, to the Registry for issuance of additional notice at the earliest.

List the matter on 25th January, 2008.
