I.A. No.101444 & 101445/2022 in C.A. Nos.2421-2431/2021

Common application has been filed by the appellant(s) seeking deletion of name of respondent No.2 in Civil Appeal Nos. 2421 and 2423/2021 as no relief as such has been claimed against him.

The prayer made is allowed at the risk of the appellant(s).

Application seeking exemption from filing official translation is also allowed.

I.A. Nos.114504, 114505, 127705 & 130587/2023 in C.A. Nos.2443-2453/2021

Applications have been filed seeking deletion of name of respondent No.9 in Civil Appeal No.2443/2021 and respondent No.4 in Civil Appeal No.2445/2021 as no relief as such has been claimed against them.

I.A. No.136608/2019 has been filed seeking substitution in respect of deceased respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the name of the said respondent may also be deleted as no relief as such has been claimed against him.

I.A. No.136608/2019 is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

I.A. No.114507/2023 has been filed seeking deletion of name of respondent No.9 in Civil Appeal No.2432/2021 as no relief as such has been claimed against him.

The prayer made is allowed at the risk of the appellant.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the respondent No.4 in Civil Appeal No.2441/2021 is arrayed as respondent No.2 in Civil Appeal No.2430/2021 and respondent No.5 in Civil Appeal No.2442/2021 is arrayed as respondent No.2 in Civil Appeal No.2431/2021. The aforesaid unserved respondents in the aforesaid appeals are deemed to be served in the other connected appeals as the issues raised in the bunch of appeals are common and all are to be listed together.

Cause title be amended accordingly in all the above matters.

As the matters are complete, the same may be processed for listing in the Court.
