Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Applications for impleadment are allowed.
On the undertaking of the applicant(s) petitioners, that in case the decision in the special leave petition(s)/appeal(s) goes against them they will pay a sum of Rs.30 lakhs (Rupees thirty lakhs only) under the bond or do rural service even if in the meanwhile they have completed super-speciality course, the petitioners may be admitted to speciality/super-speciality course.
However, this order shall be subject to filing of the above undertaking within one week from today before this Court.
The respondents are directed to release the documents of the applicant(s)/petitioner(s) for the purpose of admission.
Applications are accordingly disposed of.
