UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Service is complete in all the matters.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State of West Bengal accepts notice on its behalf. Counter affidavit be filed within one week from today. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within one week thereafter.
On the undertaking of the petitioners, that in case the decision in the special leave petitions/appeal goes against them,

they will pay a sum of Rs.30 lakhs (Rupees thirty lakhs only) under the bond or do rural service even if in the meanwhile they have completed super-specialty course, the petitioners may be admitted to specialty/super-specialty course.
However, this order shall be subject to filing of the above undertaking within one week before this Court.
