An application has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to delete the names of respondent Nos. 17 to 110 except respondent Nos. 71 & 77, which as informed to this Court, are represented by the counsel in the connected appeal, from the array of parties, which according to him are the proforma respondents against whom no relief have been claimed by him.
