No. 4 of 2016 in SLP(C) No. 14676 of 2015 filed by the petitioner shall stand disposed off. SLP(C) No. 24219 of 2015: Issue notice. Respondents No. 3 to 16 are deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioner. Tag with SLP(C) No. 14156 of 2015. SLP(C) No. 30556 of 2015: At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, respondents No. 3 to 15 are deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioner. Tag with SLP(C) No. 14156 of 2015"

SLP(C) No. 14676 of 2015:

Accordingly, show cause notice on Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 was issued by registered A.D. Post on 25.05.2016. Mr. Jagjit Singh Chhabra, Advocate has on 02.07.2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from Respondent No. 1 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 1.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 01.09.2016 filed an application for directions in SLP(C) No. 14676/2015. The said application is registered as I.A.No. 5 (Copy included in the paper books). Thereafter the Counsel for the Petitioner has on 07.09.2016 filed an affidavit in above mentioned I.A.No. 5 (Copy of the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court).

SLP(C) No. 24219 of 2015:

It is submitted that pursuant to Court's order dated 05.05.2016, show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 was issued by registered A.D. post on 25.05.2016. Mr. Jagjit Singh Chhabra, Advocate has on 02.07.2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from Respondent No. 1 so far. Names of Respondent Nos. 3 to 16 have been deleted vide this Hon'ble Court's dated 05.05.2016 and amended cause title has been included in the paper books.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 1.

SLP(C) No. 30556 of 2015:

It is submitted that pursuant to Court's order dated 05.05.2016, names of Respondent Nos. 3 to 15 have been deleted from the array of parties. Amended Cause Title has been included in the paper books. Show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 was issued by registered A.D. post on 13.06.2016. Mr. Jagjit Singh Chhabra, Advocate has on 23.08.2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from Respondent No. 1 so far.

The matters alongwith applcation abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
