UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, drawing our attention to document(s) dated 21.02.2018, submits that the petitioner has applied to appear for District Judges examination to be conducted by the Delhi High Court, within the last date fixed.
Mr. A.D.N. Rao, learned counsel appearing for the Delhi High Court, fairly submits that in case the petitioner or any other Judicial Officer has applied prior to the cut off date, such Judicial Officer including the petitioner would be allowed to appear for the examination.
However, it is needless to observe that this order is subject to the final outcome of the writ petition and the reference made and the concerned petitioner/Judicial Officer cannot claim equity, case they fail ultimately in the litigation. Tag with SLP (C) No. 14156/2015.
