Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusal of the record, we are of the opinion that the petitioner had made out a case for transfer of the case aforementioned as prayed for in the petition.

We, accordingly, allow this petition and order transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 245 of 2010 titled "Badal Gupta Vs. Neetu Gupta" pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Calcutta to the Court of District Judge, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh for trial and disposal in accordance with -2-

law. The parties are directed to appear before the transferee court on 30.04.2012. The trial court is requested to expedite the disposal of the petition.
