In the meanwhile, there will be stay of direction contained in paragraph 5 of the impugned order subject to condition that the petitioner shall not carry on any further additions or alterations to the existing structure. We direct the petitioner to place on record a copy of the permission granted by the competent authority to construct the restaurant which is subject matter of the petition. A copy of the permission, if any, shall be produced along with an affidavit within a period of two weeks from today.
