Among eight respondents herein, service upon respondent Nos.1, 2 and 7 is complete, however, it is awaited for respondent No.3. The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Karanvir has appeared for respondent Nos.1 to 3 but none has entered appearance for respondent No.7. Vakalatnama for three of the respondents and Signal/removi Tifter affidavit also be filed within the respective 17:13:00¹⁵<br>Reason Sipulated time period.

Respondent Nos.4 and 5 have also not filed the counter affidavit. It is mentioned that counter affidavit on behalf
