Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf $\overline{f}$ respondent nos. 1 to 5 and 7 has not been filed. None is present on behalf of all these respondents as on date.

Service of respondent nos. 1 to 5 already stands complete. It was not yet complete for respondent no.7. Hence match of the petitioner to take fresh steps to Reset Service on respondent no.7 and also on respondent no.3. Be taken within three weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued.
