The matters above mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 20.11.2015, with the office report dated 18th November, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Vakalatnama and counter affidavit (s), if any, be filed in four weeks' time. Rejoinder affidavit be filed in two weeks' time thereafter. List the matter on a non-miscellaneous day for final disposal."

It is submitted that Mr. Karanvir, Advocate who undertook to file Vakalatnam/appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has not filed the same so far. Mr. Purshottam Sharma Tripathi, Advocate for Respondent No. 7 has on 10.03.2016 filed counter affidavit without serving it's copy on counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 4 & 5, 6 and 8, however counter affidavit is being circulated herewith. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit so far.

The further submitted that I.A. Nos. 1-3 (applications for impleadmnt) were listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 18.02.2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:-

"None appeared for the applicant. Adjourned."

It lastly submitted that Ms. Manju Sharma Jetley, Advocate has on 04.03.2016 filed common applications for intervention & direction without serving its copy upon counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 6,7 & 8 despite this Regisry's letter dated 10.03.2016. However, unregistered application is being circulated herewith.

Service is already complete.

The matters alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
