The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.10.2015, when the following order was passed:-

" Application for exemption from filing Official Transactional is allowed. Permission to file SLP is granted. Notice. No interim orders."

It is submitted that as directed above show cause notice was issued to all the eight respondents on 14.10.2015 by Regd. A. D. Ms. Pragati Nikhra and Mr. Abhay Kumar, Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance as well as Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 & 5 and 8 respectively and copies of the same have been included in SLP Paper-books. Mr. K.S. Rana, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 6 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. card duly signed have been recieved from respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

For non filing of appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 6 the matter was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 05.10.2015, when the following Order was passed:-

"Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has yet not been filed, despite the undertaking given on the last date of hearing. None is present as on date. Service otherwise was complete.

Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Opportunity of respondent No. 6 to file the counter affidavit has already been declined.

Service of respondent No. 7 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Counter affidavit of respondent No. 8 is already on record.

The petition stands complete in the given circumstance.

Registry to process to list the same before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

It is submitted that Mr. Karanvir, Advocate who appeared for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has neither filed Vakalatnam/appearance nor counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 so far.

Service is complete.
