Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and $3$ .

Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4.

Two weeks time, is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner, to file affidavit along with proof of service of notice, already issued to respondent no. 2

Signature Not Verified Vakalatnama and Counter affidavit has already been filed on 1539D half of respondent nos. 6, 10, 11, 17, 19, 20, 23 to 26.

S. Matwankar, Advocate has filed counter Deeplaxmi $M_S$ affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 5, 7 to 9, 12 to 16, 18, 21,

22, 27 to 31, but not filed vakalatnam.

Ld. Counsel for respondent submits that vakalatnama is there on the record and he will pursue with the registry in taking on record the said vakalatnama with respect to the corresponding respondents, as the respondent numbers may have altered. One week time is granted to the counsel to clarify the same
