It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there are 89 vacancies in the cadre of Loco Pilot. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, we permit the
respondents to fill up 50 vacancies. Needless to say, the post shall be filled up subject to the result of the present special leave petition.
