SLP(Civil) No. 31425 of 2016:
As a last chance, learned counsel for the petitioner
is granted four weeks' time for taking fresh steps for effecting service upon respondent No. 11. In case the needful is not done within the stipulated time, the SLP qua respondent No. 11 shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Bench.
SLP(Civil) No. 31240 of 2016:
As a last chance, learned counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks' time for taking fresh steps for effecting service upon respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4, 39, 40 and 41. In case the needful is not done within the stipulated time, the SLP qua the said respondents shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Bench.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks' time to file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs of deceased respondent No. 35.
