The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice.

Dr. (Mrs.) Vipin Gupta, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

List the matters after pleadings are complete. In the meanwhile, the parties will maintain status quo. However, the data of collating the information as postulated in Nagraj's case may continue."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order show cause notice to all the 28 respondents was issued on 06.08.2015 by registered AD. Dr. (Mrs.) Vipin Gupta, Advocate who has filed Caveat on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP (C) No. 19767/2015 and accepted notice on behalf of all the Respondents and filed reply on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP (C) No. 19767/2015 and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that there are 28 respondents in these matters (13 respondents in SLP (C) No. 19765/2015, 8 respondents in SLP (C) No. 19766/2015 and 7 Respondents in SLP (C) No. 19767/2015). Mr. Anirudh P. Maayee Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in SLP (C) No. 19765/2015 and Dr. (Mrs.) Vipin Gupta Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in SLP (C) No. 19766/2015. Mr. P. Soma Sudaram, Advocate has on 06.10.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 12 in SLP (C) No. 19675/2015, Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 in SLP (C) No. 19766/2015 and Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 in SLP (C) No. 19767/2015. AD card duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 4 in SLP (C) No. 19765/2015 and Respondent No. 8 in SLP (C) No. 19766/2015 but no one has entered appearance so far. Nothing has been received from other Respondents.

It is further submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in SLP (C) No. 19765/2015, Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in SLP (C) No. 19766/2015 and Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in SLP (C) No. 19767/2015 has filed reply/statement of objects on behalf of Respondents and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that I.A. nos. 1-3(Application for directions) was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Put up on a non-miscellaneous day after two weeks for directions."

It is further submitted that Rejoinder Affidavit filed by counsel for the petitioner has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Aniruddha P. Mayee, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in SLP (C) No. 19765/2015 has filed Contempt Petition against the alleged contemnors to comply with Order dated 27.07.2015 (registered as C.P. No. 11/2017) and the same is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Dr. (Mrs.) Vipin Gupta, Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP (C) No. 19767/2015 has filed contempt petition against the alleged contemnors for willful disobedience of Order dated 27.07.2015 (Registered as C.P. No. 13/2017) and the same is being circulated herewith.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 13 in SLP (C) No. 19765/2015, Respondent No. 5 in SLP (C) No. 19766/2015 and Respondent No. 3 in SLP (C) No. 19767/2015.

The matters alongwith application and Contempt Petition above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
