The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 30.04.2016 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur in WP Nos. 12306/12, 4567/11 & 18679/15, respectively.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 5247 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.11.2016 and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of order dated 08.11.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) CC.. No. 21935 of 2016 arising out of common order is pending before the Hon'ble Court as fresh matter and tagged with this matter.

It is also submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) CC.. Nos. 15142-63 of 2016 (Application for permission to file SLPs) arising out of common order was rejected by this Hon'ble Court on 30.08.2016. Copy of order dated 30.08.2016 has been annexed as annexure P-16 at page nos. 410-411 of SLP paper books.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) CC.. No. 22094 of 2016 and the instant matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of common order.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 53, 1 & 67 days in filing the Special Leave Petitions filed against WP Nos. 12306/2012, 4567/2011 & 18679/2015, respectively and further delay of 72 days in refiling the Special Leave Petitions filed against WP Nos. 12306/2012 & 4567/2011 and counsel for the petitioners has also filed applications in support, thereof.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
