UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no serious challenge in respect of item Nos.1, 2 and 4 of properties included in O.A. No.837/73. However, there is serious challenge in respect of other items.
Considering this submission, counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the parties may explore possibility of settlement through mediation process to be conducted at Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Kasaragod, Kerala
Accordingly, to facilitate the parties to arrive at an amicable settlement, we direct the parties and their authorized representatives, to appear before the Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Kasaragod, Kerala on 29th February, 2020 at 11.00 a.m.
The Coordinator may appoint an experienced Mediator to facilitate a settlement between the parties.
Awaiting the Mediator's Report, list the matter on 25th March, 2020.
