The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 7th May,

2015 when he was pleased to pass the following order:

"The office report is that the respondent No.1 has expired. Ld.counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the said respondent. The SLP as against the respondent No.17 has been dismissed by order dated 24.02.2015 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber. Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.2-16 has already filed the counter affidavit as gets revealved from the perusal of the office report.

List again on 26.08.2015."

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that counsel for the petitioner has on 14.08.2015 filed application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of deceased Respondent No. 1 but the same is defective for the reason that he has not filed the death certificate of the deceased Respondent No. 1 without which days of delay in filing application for substitution can not be calculated. He has not cured the defects despite this Registry's letter dated 27.08.2015 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 1

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar with this office report.
