Service of show cause notice is awaited for Respondent Nos. 1, 4 & 6 to 12. SLP No. 8937/2013 There are five respondent s in this matter. Mr. Rajinder Mathur, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 3. Service of Respondent no. 1 to 4 are complete by way of Dasti but no one has entered appearance so far. Service of show cause notice is complete. SLP No. 8986/2013 There are 12 Respondents in this matter. The Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 are already represented through Mr. Praveen Jain, Advocate / Caveator. It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has since not filed the process fees and spare copies of Special Leave Petition as a result show cause notice could not be issued to Respondent Nos. 1 & 4 to 12 so far.
