UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered opinion that, for the time being, the primary issue to be dealt with in the present proceedings is in reference to prayer Clause (f) of the Writ Petition which reads thus:

"(f) An appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority to restore the lease deed dated 29.03.2005 with respect to plot No. 7, Sector PI-2, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P. - 201308."

Despite service of notice, respondent No.4-Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority who is concerned with the aforesaid relief, is not represented before the Court.

Hence, we permit the petitioner to serve fresh notice on the Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 - Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.

List these matters next week.
