The Transfer Petition above mentioned has been filed by MR. UMESH KUMAR KHAITAN, Advocate praying for transfer of Writ Petition (Tax) No. 772 of 2011 titled "Lanco Anpara Power Ltd. Vs. State Of Uttar Pradesh & Ors." pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad, to this Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that the Registry has pointed out the defects and Mr. Umesh Kumar Khaitan, Advocate has filed three letters in this regard dated 27th April, 2015 clarifying the defects. Copies of the same are annexed as page nos. 188 to 190 of the transfer petition.

It is further submitted that C.A No. 6571 of 2014 @ SLP (C) No. 27411/2010 titled M/S. Sterlite Energy Ltd. Vs State Of Orissa & Ors. was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.07.2014 and the same is pending. Copy of the order dated 09.07.2014 has been annexed as Annexure P-26 at page Nos. 173-175 with the Transfer Petition paper books.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
