counsel for the petitioners Learned submits that the application (IA No.30053/2021) for substituted service has become infructuous as the concerned respondents have appeared with the exception of respondent no.1. He submits that he shall be taking steps by effecting dasti service on respondents no.1, 4 to 6.

As prayed, dasti service is permitted. Four weeks' time is granted to file proof thereof.
