The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :-

"Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of Rs. 2000/-, as costs, with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, within four weeks from today.

Issue notice.

In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of operation of the impugned orders of the High Court and stay of further proceedings in COPC No. 121/2016 Pending before the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla.

Mr. Mohan Parasaran, learned senior counsel for the petitioners states that the respondent has been granted the benefits payable to him under the VRS based on the actual service put in by him and the same has already been settled.

Statement of the counsel is recorded."

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel for the petiioner has deposited the cost of Rs. 2000/- with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, accordingly show cause notice was issued on 30.05.2016 to the sole respondent by registered A.D. Mrs. Divya Roy, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/ appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of sole respondent and same has been included in the SLP paper books.
