At the commencement of hearing, Mr. Nikhil Nayyar, learned Senior counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 states that the parties are negotiating settlement and the meeting is scheduled for today. He, therefore, seeks short adjournment in the matters.

Thereafter, we have heard Dr. A.M. Singhvi, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner for some time.
