UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, six months' time is granted to the petitioner to vacate the suit premises on filing undertaking before this Court within two weeks from today, stating that the petitioner shall not create any third party rights, will clear all rent/dues/occupier's charges in the meanwhile and will voluntarily vacate the suit premises in question within stipulated time.
Pending application shall also stand disposed of.
