UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

of the impugned judgment and that the petitioners are willing to withdraw Original Suit No.230 of 2007 filed by them.
After pass over, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners will file an affidavit to that effect which will be affirmed today.
List the matter on 4th August, 2023, on the top of the Board.
The affidavit to be filed by the Monday i.e. 31st July, 2023.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the aforesaid affidavit will be filed, the personal presence of the petitioners on 4th August, 2023 is dispensed with.
