UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Applications for exemption from filing a certified copy of the impugned judgment and exemption from filing official translation are allowed.

Delay condoned.

Issue notice returnable on 24th July, 2023.

We have perused the observations made in the impugned judgment and in particular paragraph 18.

Only with a view to enable the petitioners to take appropriate steps for giving a quietus to the litigations, we grant temporary bail to them. They shall be produced before the Trial Court within a week from today and shall be enlarged on temporary bail on such terms and conditions as the Trial Court finds it appropriate. Temporary bail is granted to them till 28th July, 2023.

We direct the petitioners to remain physically present before this Court on the next date.
