It is submitted that notice of lodgment of appeal was issued on 14.08.2015 to both the respondents through the Tribunal. Mr. Pukhrambam Ramesh Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 1 but has not filed counter affidavit. Certificate of Service in respect of respondent no. 2 has been received from the Tribunal but no one has entered appearance on its behalf. Service is complete.

It is lastly submitted that Statement of case has not been filed by any of the parties in the matter so far. Original Record is not called from the Tribunal in view of Registry's Circular dated 03.12.2014.
