UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos.1 to 4, 6 to 8, 11, 12, 20 to 23, 25 to 29, 33, 35 to 38 and 40 to 48 for filing counter affidavit.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.9, 10, 13, 18, 19, 24 and 30 to 32 but none has entered appearance.

Respondent No.39 has expired. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in this regard within four ature Not Verified $\mathbf{p}^{\text{single}}_{\mathbf{p} \mathbf{k} \mathbf{S}}$

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of respondent Nos.5, 14 to 17 and 34 within two weeks.
