UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. D.P. Chaturvedi, learned counsel submits that since the respondent no.11, 16, 20 and 70 namely Chandrahas Ullal, P. Chandra Shekhar, Shivaram B. Hegde and G. Nagaraj are not represented, this Court should appoint the Administrator General in the State of Karnataka to represent the estate of the deceased. Alternatively, an officer of this Court may also represent the interest of the aforesaid four respondents.

Having considered the above, I deem it appropriate to permit representation of the concerned respondents through the Administrator General, as suggested by the petitioner's counsel. The Interlocutory Application is accordingly allowed. The Registry to proceed accordingly.
