Special Leave Petition (C) Nos.25787-25956/2012:
The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has filed the application for hearing of the Special Leave Petition, in absence of Respondent Nos.11, 16, 20 and 70 who are private bus operators in Karnataka. Alternatively, the petitioner seeks representation of these respondents by an officer of this Court or any other authorized persons.
However, it appears that copy of the application has not been furnished to the learned counsel for the respondents.
Accordingly, Mr. Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the petitioner assures that requisite copies will be supplied within seven days.
